Southern Regional Medical Center Foundation recognizes top donors of the year

RIVERDALE, Ga. (Feb. 25) - Southern Regional Medical Center (SRMC) Foundation presented five awards to top supporters last night at the annual Donor Recognition Reception at the Georgia Archives.

"It is such a privilege to be honoring the individuals and organizations that have helped out foundation reach major milestones this year," Cynthia Jenkins, director of SRMC Foundation said. "Because of these supporters, our patients are healthier and their quality of life is better."

The awards were presented to the following SRMC Foundation supporters:

Physician Donor of the Year - Dr. Richard Prokesch

Corporate Donor of the Year - Southern Crescent Hospital for Specialty Care

Community Collaborator of the Year - Clayton County Board of Health

SRMC Employee Donor of the Year - Vickey Kessinger, SRMC Patient Accounts

Foundation Board Member of the Year - Pandora Palmer, Esq., Smith Welch and Brittain, LLP
