Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Care

The Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program at RiverWoods is designed to accomodate youth who need mental health and/or substance abuse services on a regular basis, but whose needs are not severe enough to be treated on an inpatient or partial hospitalization level. Adolescents in this program receive three and a half hours of treatment, five days a week and attend their own school program during the morning hours. Each adolescent has a personalized treatment plan and participates in individual, group and family therapy.
