Outpatient Services - The Southern Crescent Assessment Team

The Southern Crescent Assessment Team is composed of a group of master’s level clinicians who provide mobile assessments at various hospitals and physician’s practices throughout the Southern Crescent community. This service makes treatment easily accessible to patients by linking them to the appropriate level of care at the onset of a crisis. The Southern Crescent Assessment Team is available to conduct free psychiatric assessments at local hospitals and physicians offices.
