Outpatient Services - Self-Help Groups

RiverWoods offers two self-help groups (Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous) to the community every week. Both of these groups are offered free of charge and no assessment or appointment is necessary to attend. Details about each group can be found below. Alcoholics Anonymous (AA)    This group is for individuals with an alcohol dependency.    Meetings every Wednesday and Friday starting at 8:30pm.    Meetings are held in the Cafeteria of the Riverwoods Psychiatric Center.    For more information, call 770-991-8500. Narcotics Anonymous (NA)    This group is for individuals with an chemical dependency.    Meetings every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday starting at 8:30pm.    Meetings are held in the Cafeteria of the Riverwoods Psychiatric Center.    For more information, call 770-991-8500.
