
Clinical Ladder Program for Registered Nurses
The Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) at Southern Regional provides registered nurses with opportunities for professional growth.
The program is designed to recognize and reward individual excellence. It is based on a points system and certain activities - such as helping train new employees or participating in nursing committees - can earn a specified number of points.
Each quarter, applicants may submit a portfolio documenting their activities, credentials and accomplishments. The portfolio is then reviewed by the CAP Committee.
All registered nurses involved in direct patient care are encouraged to apply.
