Work-Life Balance

At Southern Regional, we understand the importance of work-life balance. You will have earned Paid Time Off (PTO) just a few months after you start working, and employees with less than five years of service can earn up to 23 days of PTO per year.

Southern Regional encourages employees to learn and grow as they build their careers. Tuition reimbursement is available after six months.

We also offer extended illness benefits that are accessible after three months of continuous employment. Other perks include an on-site child-care facility, as well as access to a credit union.
