Arthritis Self Help Course (ASHC)
This is a six week course designed and certified by the Arthritis Foundation. It is offered 2-3 times per year by our certified instructors in our rehabilitation department. The course focuses on learning effective management techniques to have greater control over arthritis symptoms. There is a modest fee for the six week class. Joint Replacement Education Class
This class is designed for people who have been scheduled for a hip or knee replacement or those who would like to learn more about joint replacement surgery. This class is a one and a half hours long and is offered 2-3 times per week at no charge. Registration is required. For more information call 770-991-8054.
