Where to Report:
Please enter the hospital at the Outpatient Entrance. You may pick up the supplies needed for the test in the laboratory, which is located on the first floor of the hospital.
What to Bring:
- Physician Order
- Your insurance / Medicaid / Medicare card
- Driver's License / Photo Identification
- Any forms from your physician
- Please check with your insurance carrier for any authorization requirements.

Procedure Information:
Diagnosis of intestinal parasite infections requires an Ova and Parasite Screen. Stool specimens are examined for parasite cysts, eggs or larvae or their byproducts.
