3 Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup instant oats
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup sugar free dark chocolate chips or any other ingredient of your choice

Options

  • Add 2 scoops of protein powder of your choice.
  • Substitute chocolate for shredded coconut, chopped nuts, dried fruit, or whatever else you like!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until it reaches a liquid-like consistency.
  3. Add in oats and mix until the two ingredients are evenly mixed. Mix in chocolate chips or any other ingredient of your choice.
  4. Make 8 round balls and evenly space them on a lined cookie sheet. Gently press down to flatten it into a disc.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes or until cookies are lightly brown.
