Strawberry Peach Creamsicles
Ingredients
- 3 cups strawberries, pureed to 1 1/2 cups
- 3 cups peaches, pureed to 1 1/2 cups
- 2 Tablespoons agave
- 2/3 cup Oikos Triple Zero vanilla Greek yogurt
Directions
- In a blender, puree strawberries with 4 tsp agave and set aside.
- Puree peaches with 2 tsp agave and set aside.
- Fill popsicle molds with pureed fruit and yogurt by layering.
- Add 2 tsp strawberry puree, then 1 tsp yogurt, then 2 tsp peach puree and repeat until popsicle mold is full.
- Tap the popsicle mold on counter to settle all layers, and freeze for 6 hours.
