Strawberry Peach Creamsicles

Ingredients

  • 3 cups strawberries, pureed to 1 1/2 cups
  • 3 cups peaches, pureed to 1 1/2 cups
  • 2 Tablespoons agave
  • 2/3 cup Oikos Triple Zero vanilla Greek yogurt

Directions

  1. In a blender, puree strawberries with 4 tsp agave and set aside.
  2. Puree peaches with 2 tsp agave and set aside.
  3. Fill popsicle molds with pureed fruit and yogurt by layering.
  4. Add 2 tsp strawberry puree, then 1 tsp yogurt, then 2 tsp peach puree and repeat until popsicle mold is full.
  5. Tap the popsicle mold on counter to settle all layers, and freeze for 6 hours.
